Our promise to you is our best rate, guaranteed. Below are some Frequently Asked Questions and the Terms and Conditions that apply when submitting a Best Rate Guarantee form.
Find a better qualifying rate through a third-party website? Submit a claim within 24/hours of booking on lodgeatschroonlake.com, and as long as that better rate meets our Best Rate Guarantee terms, we'll treat you to an additional 10% off that lower rate you found.
If you happen to spot a lower rate elsewhere, it just needs to match your stay exactly. The same room, same guests, same dates and nights, and the same cancellation and guarantee details. The qualifying rate must also be available to the public. Member discounts or other such rates that require further qualification do not apply. Since every site shows things a little differently, differences tied to resort or destination fees not listed elsewhere wouldn’t be eligible.
A confirmed reservation with The Lodge at Schroon Lake is required to submit a claim. It must match the lower rate exactly, including room type, guests, dates, length of stay, and guarantee and cancellation policy, and meet our Best Rate Guarantee Terms.
No problem! You can still submit a claim as long as it meets our Best Rate Guarantee terms and is within 24/hours of making your reservation with us.
Our goal is to keep comparisons fair and simple. The Best Rate Guarantee covers the room rate, and we’ll only compare rates that include the same required fees and taxes. If a difference is due to how a site displays those items, it wouldn’t qualify. The guarantee doesn’t apply to taxes, service charges, gratuities, or other non-room fees.
