Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is required, along with a one-night deposit at the time of booking.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before arrival for all room types.

If a cancellation is made less than 72 hours before arrival, or in the event of a no-show, the one-night deposit will be forfeited.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay.

Should you choose to depart early, the price is subject to change.

Photos of guestrooms are representative of the rooms' general design and décor. The exact layout and view in any of the guestroom photos are not guaranteed.

Special Terms apply for Advance Rate Plans, which are fully prepaid, cannot be modified, and are non-refundable. These terms will be noted as such in the rate plan description. 

A credit or debit card must be presented for payment along with a valid photo ID upon check-in.

Yes. A pre-authorization hold will be placed at check-in. This is not a charge, but it may restrict access to funds until released by your bank.

Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days.

We may also charge your card for any damages to the room or premises that you or your guests may cause. Once your actual incurred charges are posted at check-out, based on your bank, credit card company, or institution policy, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days for the original pre-authorization amount to be removed. It is your responsibility to be aware of how your banks, credit card companies, or institutions handle all of your transactions, including pre-authorizations. The hotel will not be responsible for any delay in releasing funds, or returning availability, or any fees or changes by your bank, credit card company, or institutions as a result of your use of a credit or debit card.

Yes, dogs are welcome with a maximum of two per room, each up to 80 pounds (larger dogs require management approval). Please reach out to us directly for pet-friendly accommodations.

  • $75 per dog for Main Lodge Rooms, West Lodge Rooms, Longhouse, Bird’s Nest, and Glamping Tents
  • $150 per dog for Chalets and Owl’s Nest

No. Dogs may not be left unattended and must be crated for housekeeping services.

Yes. Dogs are not permitted in the beach area, Bevy bar seating, pool, fitness center, Brown Swan dining room, tavern, or High Peaks event space.

No, supplemental bedding is free of charge.

There is no extra person fee.

The resort fee is $29 per night. It includes:

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Daily housekeeping
  • Pool, hot tub, and sauna access
  • Fitness center use
  • In-room coffee, tea, bottled water, and toiletries
  • Recreational activities (crafts, games, guided tours, s’mores, etc.)
  • Entertainment (live shows, movie nights, special events)
  • Welcome amenities (drinks, snacks, or gifts)

  • Beach access with loungers, umbrellas, and dock space

Yes. November–April: $50 | May–October: $100. Late check-out must be requested in advance at the Front Desk or with Management.
