For standard reservations, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night's room and tax is required at the time of booking.
For Advance Purchase bookings, the deposit is 100% of the total cost, due at the time of booking.

Cancellation:
You can cancel your reservation with a 72-hour notice and recieve a refund of the first night plus tax, minus a $50 cancellation fee. If the booking is canceled within this period before arrival, the deposit for the first night is non-refundable.
Reservations made under the Advance Purchase offer are noncancelable and nonrefundable.

Facility Fee:
There is a nightly facility fee of $22 plus tax, paid upon arrival. This fee covers access to the hotel's amenities and services.
Slips:
The hotel offers slips numbered 32-40 for boats. For additional information about these slips, please contact the hotel's management.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM.
Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
Fees
Pet Fee:
We welcome dogs with a maximum of 2 dogs per room, each weighing up to 80 pounds, for a fee.
There is a $75 fee per dog for Main Lodge Rooms, West Lodge Rooms, Longhouse, Birds Nest and Glamping Tents room types.
There is a $150 fee per dog for Chalets and Owls Nest room types.
For dogs over 80 pounds, management approval is required.
Supplemental Bedding:
There is a supplemental bedding fee of $25 per night.
Extra Person Fee:
An extra person fee of $15 per day applies for each additional person beyond the first two in the room.
