Reservation Policy

Deposit:

• For standard reservations, a deposit equal to the cost of the first night's room and tax is required at the time of booking.
• For Advance Purchase bookings, the deposit is 100% of the total cost, due at the time of booking.
• Review each individual rate plan for the deposit requirements.

Cancellation:

• During the peak season, you can cancel your reservation with a 72-hour notice. If the booking is canceled within this period before arrival, the deposit for the first night is non-refundable.
• In non-peak months, a 24-hour notice is sufficient for cancellation. However, if the booking is canceled within this period before arrival, the deposit for the first night is also non-refundable.
• Reservations made under the Advance Purchase offer are noncancelable and nonrefundable.
• Cancellation policies for special events may vary.

Facility Fee:

• There is a nightly facility fee of $22 plus tax, paid upon arrival. This fee covers access to the hotel's amenities and services.

Slips:

• The hotel offers slips numbered 32-40 for boats. For additional information about these slips, please contact the hotel's management.

Check-in and Check-out:

• Check-in time is at 4:00 PM.
• Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.

Fees

Pet Fee:

• We welcome dogs with a maximum of 2 dogs per room, each weighing up to 80 pounds, and there is a fee of $75 per dog for a stay of 3 nights.
• For dogs over 80 pounds, management approval is required.
• Pet fees apply to select rooms only.

Supplemental Bedding:

• There is a supplemental bedding fee of $25 per night.

Extra Person Fee:

• An extra person fee of $15 per day applies for each additional person beyond the first two in the room.

Children (12 and under):

• Children aged 12 and under stay for free.

• 5% Room Occupancy Tax (payable to Essex County)
