Policies

Deposit & Cancellations: 

To confirm your reservation, a valid credit card is required. The deposit policy varies by season and accommodation type:

November–April:

No deposit is required at the time of booking.

May–October:

No deposit is required at the time of booking.

Chalets and Owl's Nest:

No deposit is required at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made three days prior to arrival for all room types.

 

Additional Policies: 

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error. Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay. Should you choose to depart early, price is subject to change. Photos of guestrooms are representative of the general design and decor of the rooms. The exact layout and view in any of the guestroom photos are not guaranteed. Special Terms apply for Advance Rate Plans which are fully prepaid, non-changeable, non-refundable, and will be noted as such in the rate plan description. 

 

Credit and Debit Card policy: 

A credit or debit card must be presented for payment along with a valid photo ID upon check-in. In addition to the deposit(s) taken prior to arrival, a pre-authorization amount will be placed on your card at check-in. This is a temporary hold of a specific amount - it is not a charge to your account, but it can create a hold on those funds or against credit availability. We may also charge your card for any damages to the room or premises you or your guests may cause. Once your actual incurred charged are posted at check-out, based on your bank, credit card company, or institution policy, it can take anywhere from 24 hours to 30 days for the original pre-authorization amount to be removed. It is your responsibility to be aware of how your banks, credit card company, or institution handles all of your transactions, including pre-authorizations. The hotel will not be responsible for any delay in releasing funds, or returning availability or any fees or changed by your bank, credit card company, or institutions as a result of your use of a credit or debit card. This policy applies for all reservations. 

 

Pet Fee: 

We welcome dogs with a maximum of 2 dogs per room, each weighing up to 80 pounds, for a fee. There is a $75 fee per dog for Main Lodge Rooms, West Lodge Rooms, Longhouse, Birds Nest, and Glamping Tent room types. There is a $150 fee per dog for Chalets and Owls Nest room types. For dogs over 80 pounds, management approval is required. 

 

Supplemental Bedding: 

There is a supplemental bedding fee of $25 per night. 

 

Extra Person Fee: 

An extra person fee of $15 per day applies for each additional person beyond the first two in the room. Children aged 12 and under stay for free.

 

Resort Fee:

Our resort fee helps us provide and maintain a wide range of amenities for our guests, including access to the pool, beach, fitness center, game room, backyard games, mini golf, and more. It also supports the upkeep of our beautiful grounds, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for everyone. The current fee is $22, and for bookings starting on and beyond May 1st, 2025 is $27. This fee is charged at the time of arrival.

The Resort Fee covers the following:

Complimentary Wi-Fi: High-speed internet access throughout the resort.

Daily Housekeeping: Regular cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms.

Pool and Sauna Access: Access to swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna

Fitness Center Access: Use of the gym and fitness facilities

In-Room Amenities: Complimentary coffee, tea, bottled water, and toiletries.

Recreational Activities: Access to on-site activities such as crafts, games, smores, or guided tours.

Entertainment: Access to live entertainment, movie nights, or special events hosted by the resort.

Welcome Amenities: Complimentary welcome drinks, snacks, or gifts upon arrival.

Parking: Complimentary parking for guests.

Beach Access: Use of private beach areas, including loungers, umbrellas, and dock space.

Backyard Activities: Use of mini golf, volleyball, gaga ball, soccer, playground, pickle ball, and the basketball court

Game Room: Use of pool tables, shuffleboard, air hockey, foosball, and board games

Contactless Interactive Texting Service: allows guests to communicate their needs and requests effortlessly via text.

 

Late Check-out Fee:

Nov-April fee is $50 and May-Oct fee is $100, late check out times may vary and must be requested in advance with The Front Desk or Management.
